1: Make sure the joystick have connected to the right 5Pin slot that the one opposite the USB-B slot.
2: About the Ball Top Handle.Please use a slotted screwdriver fixed the bottom of the Joystick Shaft to screw the ball top handle down and make sure it will not easy to loose.
